Technicians
The ConServ team is comprised of licensed HVAC technicians that are trained to service the latest commercial and industrial air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration equipment. We also have commercial plumbers, electricians, and refrigeration technicians on staff.
Our service professionals undergo an extensive training program. Aside from safety training, we offer apprenticeships through our local ABC Chapter, monthly in-house training sessions, manufacturer certifications, state certifications, and much more. Our technicians are knowledgeable and eager to help you find solutions for your facility.
ConServ technicians arrive in uniform and are easily identifiable. In addition, both a background check and drug testing are conducted on each of our employees. They are clean cut and will treat your clients and staff with respect. Our technicians are skilled in customer service; they understand that we are in business because of you. Your best interest comes first.
Technology
Our Paperless Digital Form system allows us to electronically deliver and receive information to and from the field quickly. Service Technicians are equipped with tough-book laptops that give them access to important information about our customer's locations and equipment. They are able to access the service history of each piece of equipment as well as the customer's location including any special instructions.
ConServ's Customer Portal management system automatically keeps track of refrigerant usage for every piece of equipment that we service. By keeping track of refrigerant usage, you will be able to monitor which units or locations use the most refrigerant. Our system provides information that helps our customers make informed decisions about their HVAC equipment. This information is available in real-time.
